Anniversaries and World Pharmacists Day at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Pécs – 25 years of pharmacy education, 20 years of specialist pharmacist training in Pécs
The 2025/26 academic year holds special significance for the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Pécs, as three important events coincide this year. The pharmacy program was launched in Pécs 25 years ago, while the specialist pharmacist training program has a 20-year history. To celebrate these anniversaries, we will organize a festive event on 25 September 2025, which will also coincide with World Pharmacists Day.
During the jubilee event, students, faculty members, professional organizations, and partners will jointly celebrate the achievements and milestones of the past decades, while creating an opportunity to reflect together on the future of the profession. The uniqueness of this year's celebration is further enhanced by the fact that the traditional national event of the Hungarian Society for Pharmaceutical Sciences, held on the occasion of World Pharmacists Day, will also take place here.
