This autumn (mid-September), an interview was performed between Uni Pecs (PTE) and the external Department of Soft Flow at PTE.
The discussion specialized on the most needed professional and soft skills of potential graduates aiming for jobs at Soft Flow external Department at PTE. The interview was based on the Interreg BABE questionnaire designed to fulfil this task.
Soft Flow external Department at PTE works in tight collaboration with the mother company (Soft Flow / FOSS). Research focuses primarily on mycotoxin research, a byproduct of crop fungal infection. As with globalization and climate change on the rise, mycotoxins are of increasing food safety interest.
Future potential employees require professional and soft skills that may only be provided by the combination of food, biotechnology and healthcare (e.g. pharmacy) specialists. The micro-credential training developed during the course of the Interreg BABE project focuses on this field.
