Dear interested Participants,
The Cholnoky László College of Pharmacy and Biotechnology is organizing its ninth popular science conference, the Cholnoky Symposium, and we warmly invite undergraduate and postgraduate students from all scientific fields who wish to present their work in either English or Hungarian, in the form of an oral presentation or a poster.
We welcome submissions on any scientific topic that can convey interesting and exciting knowledge to students from different disciplines. We also warmly invite all those who would like to attend the symposium, listen to our students’ presentations, and explore the poster exhibition.

The conference aims to provide the audience with insight into the latest results from diverse research areas, offer opportunities to ask questions, and exchange ideas. It is an excellent chance to test your skills and develop your presentation abilities in front of a young, open-minded, academic audience.
- Abstract guidelines: maximum 300 words, to be uploaded during registration

- Duration: 10 minutes + 5 minutes discussion
- Poster format: A1, portrait orientation
- Posters can be submitted to the Secretariat of the Institute of Pharmacognosy (Rókus Street 2, 2nd floor) by March 25, 2026
- The conference does not include rankings or awards.
Participants will be notified of the abstract evaluation results as soon as the decisions are made.
