Early fall (mid-September), an interview was performed between Faculty of Pharmacy Uni Pecs (PTE) and Prophyl Ltd. The interview focused on professional and soft skills of futuree graduates aiming for jobs at Prophyl Ltd. The interview used the Interreg BABE questionnaire that perfectly suits this purpose.
Prophyl Ltd mass-produces chicken eggs. Most eggs are used for veterinary vaccine production, while a minority ends up in the human food chain. The company not only excels in veterinary vaccine RnD along with vaccine production, but also mass delivers eggs on time to a broad list of further European RnD and vaccine-producing partners.
Prophy Ltd stands right at the crossroads of food (bio)technology, direct veterinary and indirect human healthcare. Futuer candidate employees require professional and soft skills that can only be provide by the cooperation of food (bio)technology and human healthcare (e.g. pharmacy) specialists.
The micro-credential training planned to be created in the framework of the Interreg BABE project fills this gap.
